I cannot get the printer to print despite having checked IP address; gateway; subnet mask which matches my PC; the problem occurred after having a new router installed. Ricoh tried to help to fix the problem but in the end told us to return the printer and sent a new one. I removed the old printer and installed the new one on my PC which seemed to go fine but could not even print the test page. Any thoughts would be really appreciated

Solution
Are both your PC and your printer connected via wireless. There is a option is some routers called wireless isolation that is enabled by default.

Hi. Thanks for your answer. Yes I reconnected the printer to the wireless and reinstalled the drivers, that didn't work so Ricoh sent me new drivers but still no joy....
