So I bought the Asus STRIX Gaming gtx 1070 and that thing is LONG. I will only have 2mm of space to wiggle it in the mb but my worry is to put the DVI aand HDMI side out of that rectangular fit, im going to have to have to move it back and forth.. SO i was planning on removing the drive cages and put it back but if I need to, I will remove them and tie my HDD (I only have one so it wont be a problemm) somewhere on the case. Can I PLEASE get some help on how to do this because I couldn't find any videos or anything on how to remove drive cages for my specific case.

Solution
Maximum GPU Length
420mm

Plenty of room for 1 huge card.

Pictures, please?
This seems to say any single card will fit.

I have the Corsair 200r, and the max gpu length is 420mm without needing to remove any drive cages (expansion slots 1-3 fit between the 5.25 inch bays and the 2.5 inch bay, and I'm not sure the drive cage is meant to be removable). See the second photo here: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/carbide-series-200r-compact-atx-case

As long as you're not planning to sli (which many games have poor support for anyway), you should be fine.

Yea sorry I do not have pictures at the moment I am not near my computer. I just know from the specifications given on PC partpicker because as I was leaving MicroCenter I totally forgot how freakishly large the gpu looked and I looked it up and it was only 2mm shorter than the maximum capacity with drive cages. I can send oyu links of the picture of the case from websites. I have not taken out my 1070 yet but when I get home I intend to put it in right away.

Before panicking and cutting things up, open up the case and see if it actually fits!

Manufacturer specifications are more reliable than PCPartPicker specifications, and PCPartPicker specs can't always tell the whole story - sometimes (as with this case) drive cages don't inhibit all the slots, sometimes drive cages can be repositioned to change which slots have more clearance, and sometimes drive cages can be re-oriented to get different gpu clearances without completely removing them.
