Hello,
I built my gaming PC back in 2012 and it has a Sapphire AMD HD6850, nothings wrong with the card and it has served me well all these years (might as well show some support to sapphire/AMD). Anyways, I think right about now is a good time to upgrade to a new series graphics card whilst I have the money. Only problem is that I want to keep my old gigabyte z68xp-ud3p motherboard which dosen't have a UEFI bios. I'm hearing that modern graphics cards don't support legacy bios, but I'm reading a lot of conflicting opinions on this.
Not fully understanding why this is, but if someone could give some guidance whether any of the new series AMD/NVidea graphics cards work with old legacy bios motherboards, that would be appreciated. Even if it's just confirming that you're running one on an old motherboard. Thanks!
