Booting takes long time

Hey guys how u doin,I recently built my pc but I am suffering from a major problem, when I start my pc the logo, main page of Biostar remains for at least 1 minute and then the windows logo comes and it takes 10 to 20 seconds then the windows starts, is this a motherboard defect or bios mistake plz help guys My pc specs are:

Processor:Intel core i3 4th Gen@3.50ghz

Ram: 4gb hynix 1333 mhz single mod
Gpu:Asus nvidia GeForce 210
Windows :10

Would suggest you get an SSD and install windows on that.

Failing that, disable all unused startup items using Msconfig and task manager, as well as performing a full optimized defragmentation of the hard drive using something like auslogics disk defrag.
