If you're going to want to overclock your CPU you'll need a Z170 chipset motherboard, but those can get expensive. You could go for cheap H110 motherboard right now and upgrade in the future, or if you have the money for a good motherboard now you could get a Z170. To put prices in perspective you're looking at about $50 for a cheap H110 and about $130 or more for a Z170 depending on what kind of features you want it to have.
