I have gtx 1060 mini gpu...it require 6 pin connector...i wanna ask does Corsair -VS series VS450- 450Watt SMPS power supply unit supports this gpu..?

Are you going to list components one by one, each in a post?

It supports what all PSUs do and with that GPU, you wount exceed it's wattage.
That being said, it's not a good quality one.

The main problem with most modern builds is the PSU's quality: most high-end non-OC single-GPU system need less than 300W.

As mentioned above, the VS450 is enough in terms of nominal quantity but it is lacking on quality, which means you will run into power quality issues much sooner than you would with a good quality one.

Is corsair VS series 550Watt psu good for b75m-d3h mobo, gtx 1060 mini gpu and i5 3450 processor...i dont have high amount of many for any higher psu..?

That's the same, Corsair VS550 and Corsair VS450. The wattage number isn't what matters.

That system will never draw more than 300W. How much would an XFX TS 430W set you back where you live?

This psu comes with an US power plug 110v but in India 220v is used...i have a ups..intex UPS protect 725...do i need a adapter to change voltage or Ups is enough..?

EDIT: it would seem that you are right, regarding teh PSU i linked. Well, i don't know of any other such cheap PSUs to recommend.
