will i see thw difference between the gtx 960 and 1060 with my cpu

I have now a evga gtx 960 ssc 4gb and i thinking about upgrade it to a gigabyte gtx 1060 3gb windforce. I know there is a big difference between the 2 but i dont sure that i'll see the upgrade in the fps because i have a old cpu - intel core i5 4440. I need to know if the difference will be seen with that kind of a cpu.

My pc have 8 ram, and 500w spu.

You CPU is still very capable, and you should definitely get the 6GB version of teh 1060 as you will definitely be able to take advantage of it. The 3GB version is a bad idea. Not only does it have less RAM, it's also crippled.

the 6 gb is out of my budget, you are sayung that i should not make the upgrade to the 3gb version? if so, why?
btw to upgrade from the 960 to the 1060 3 gb will cost me around 75 dollars... is it worth it?

Yes. But see if a 4gb rx 480 fits your budget, as that would be better.
