Fan is very loud

Hey Everyone. So I recently got a new graphics card (MSI GTX 960 2G)
So when I start playing games (rust, dead after daylight) after everything seems fine but then after a couple of minutes the fan starts to become so very loud.

What does this mean?

Thank you for your reply. Okay Thanks, but i only have 5 fans that are cooling everything. I have 1 in the front, 1 at the back, 2 at the side and one on my cpu is that enough?
