So I have an ssd with win8.1 on it, and I have 2 HDDs. WD 1TB and 2TB. I tried literally every combination and once it showed up in bios (only the 2TB). I just can't do anything.

I don't like those question mark and exclamation point on your devices, it's telling you something is wrong.

Do you have live data on those drives, or they can be freshly formatted?

BIOS MUST see them otherwise is bad news, bad controller, bad cable, bad drives, bad power.

Welcome to the TH community, @Daniel!

You should try re-installing the SATA controller & chipset drivers on your computer from the official motherboard/computer manufacturer's website. You should be able to find your model there and all the specific drivers and downloads available for it. Another thing you could do is check how the HDDs appear on another PC, if you have access to one. It might also be a good idea to check your SATA cables and swap them as well as the SATA ports where the HDDs are connected. Hopefully, this will make the appear properly both in Device Manager and Disk Management.

Keep us posted with the troubleshooting & good luck!
