Any suggestions? My first Idea was maybe get some green lighting and and green led fans plus my black case and just work with green and black. My next thought was get some acrylic make it into a cover for over the motherboard then put some led strips around the edge of the acrylic now the motherboard lights up whatever color I want. I don't know, you guys got any better ideas?

This is so very subjective. For me, the less lights the better.
Tidy cabling and careful component choice for a minimalist clean looking build would took 100% better to me..... But hey, it's your PC so stick spinning shiny disk's and sparklers to it if that floats your boat.
