I have the GTX1070 and I can not maxed out a few games like StarWars Batterfront, Rise of Tomb Rider, AS Syndicate, ec... at 1080p 60hz.

Should I buy a GTX1080?... or is not worth it?.
A mean, is just a few settings that I can not turn them up, but I feel bad about it...

Advices?.

My PC:
i7-6700k at stock speeds
16GB 3200mhz
asus z170i pro gaming

Solution
Your temps are fine.

These extra settings on the games are there to bring the computer to its knees. As graphics cards get more powerful, game makers will keep adding things to increase visual quality but with a performance hit.

Most of the time, you can get almost the same visual quality but with much better performance by adjusting the settings on a couple of things, and you wont really notice any visual difference. Its really not necessary to max out everything.

I meant at full settings.

Why people don't like AA enabled?

My CPU usage is always below 60 %

For example The Witcher III, screenshot: http://i64.tinypic.com/5pimvt.jpg
I can run that game with Hairworks at 8

But, others game I can not run them at full settings...

You have a 6700k at stock speeds?
Your doing it wrong.
Also you should have bought a 1070 with a custom pcb and stuff so you can overclock and get more fps out of your games. Same thing with the 6700k.

The thing is where I live is very hot. The CPU at stock speeds is at 72 C easily with a Hyper 212x.
Liquid coolers are very expensive here and is not an option right now.

So, I can not overclock my CPU where I live...

:(

Room temp: 31 %
Humidity: 56%

see?

That's your issue. The heat is preventing you from getting the most performance out of your pc.

If you can't then don't. If you can, try to find a Corsair one, those are usually the best. Also, if you have a large pc case, try to get some high cfm fans as well, like Noctua.
