1 of 2 front panel USB 3.0 ports not working

I recently got a new Cooler Master Master box 5 case and one of the front panel USB 3.0 ports works but the other one isn't working at all. My motherboard is an Asus b150 pro d3. In the specs sheet is says the internal USB 3.0 header supports up to 2 USB 3.0 ports so it should work, right?

It can only go in one way. There's a tab that prevents you from putting it in the wrong way. I checked the Mobo user manual and I have it plugged into the right header. Maybe it's just a bad port?
