Mouse acting buggy (freezing)

I have a Razer Mamba Tournament Edition and lately it has been freezing for a few seconds every time I lift up the mouse even a little bit. I'm not sure what the problem is, it happens even when Razer isn't up and sometimes it happens even when I don't lift the mouse. Any ideas what could be wrong? It only started recently.
