Never used a graphics card before. So I am unfamiliar with coil whine noise.
What amount and intensity of coil whine should be considered to return a newly bought video card?
If the coil whine is produced under heavy load, is it ok?
If the coil whine is always present, should it be returned immediately?
And do newly bought video cards produce coil whine a lot and then it is reduced?
(I don't have a graphics card yet, planning to buy one)
