Will a 1866 RAM slot work with 1600 or 1333 RAM stick?

I am planning to buy this motherboard:

But I am not sure if it works with this RAM:

Since the motherboard says it supports 1866 RAM, is it compatible with older speeds?

Yes, it will just run at the slower speed.

Awful quality board ,there are better boards for similar money.
What are you planning on running in it ??

Mixing memory is never guaranteed to work. If it does work, you will probably have to disable bank interleaving in the BIOS.
