All in a sudden, my AMD HR 7750 had this problem today. I turned on my PC today and realised that my monitor display "No visual detected, entering sleep mode". But I saw my mouse and keyboard were working properly. Because of curiosity, I connected my VGA cable to the Port that is on my motherboard and the display was working properly.

I opened device manager and saw that error code on my graphic card.

Solution
Uh-oh.

Sounds like a hardware failure.

It can't hurt to open up the PC and re-seat the card into the motherboard. (as well as clean out any dust or other things that might be causing a short)

These are the things that I have tried:
1. Re-seat my graphic card, RAM, and HDD.
2. Uninstall the driver on Device Manager and reinstall
3. Clear CMOS
4. Cry T.T

Alright, just now.. I was still trying to fix this issue, then.. I opened the Device manager and the system didnt detect my Graphic card anymore.. So I turned off my PC and reseat the Graphic card and RAM, then clear CMOS.

I turned on the PC, I saw the BIOS screen with my VGA cable plugged in the Graphic Card. Hey my Graphic Card is finally working! Then I enter the BIOS and click "Save and Exit". Dang No visual again..

So I turned off the PC again and reset CMOS. Turned on my PC with VGA plugged in Graphic card. Then.. It is working now..

-_-

Things are weird these days...

Im.. Now... Awaiting... The next no visual occurance..

NOW, I opened a game and I heard ticking sound coming from the graphic card, yeah graphic card.. I bend the graphic card a little and the sound changes.. What is the sound ? Electrostatic between the silicon surface and the PCIE port ?

It actually sounds like ticking sound but the sound intensity is pretty low, Sorry couldnt record the sound because my phone is too OP (Noise reduction/Couldnt hear anything). Im sure that it is not because of the fan, I have tried to run the fan at 100% speed with AMD overdrive.

Im using X-FIVE Polar Bear 400W Power supply

It seems like my GPU is completely dead, I played a game and the screen suddenly freezed when I tried to switch tab with ALT + TAB. Eventhough the screen freezed, but my mouse cursor still working for a while until it completely freezed. Then I restart my PC and got no visual. So I swapped my VGA cable to on board graphic and my Graphic Card is not in Device Manager anymore.
