Hey guys,
i need some help, i will probably buy new components like Skylake i5 6500 and some LG1151,
i am on really tight budget so is there any chance to buy some DDR3 NON-L compatible motherboard, because i already have 2x4GB DDR3 1666mhz Ram sticks and i dont want to spend extra money which i dont have on new ram sticks.
Any advices are welcome.

While the motherboards specify DDR3L , standard DDR3 will work, there is nothing blocking it.

That said Intel has deemed it not compatible and claims that it could wear down or eventually damage the memory controller in the CPU. We have not seen this happen so far but why spend all that money and risk it? 8GB of DDR4 (2x4gb) is between $30 and $40, if you are compromising on such a small amount on your build I can only worry about what else you will compromise on (PSU?).

Save your money a bit longer (maybe buy an i5-6400 instead of a 6500, game performance difference is minimal) or buy a slightly cheaper DDR4 motherboard.
