Low FPS on a VERY HIGH END PC!

I just build my pc and i installed steam and few games.
when i run games here are the average fps
csgo : 30-40
gta v : 20-35
batman arkham knight : 30

but when i run a benchmark called Furmark, it loads perfectly fine which gives me 140 fps

Specs :
Cpu : I7 6700k
Motherboard : MSI z170 m7
memory : 32gb ddr 4
Video Card : 980 TI, 980 TI (SLI)
Power Supply : 1000W
OS : Windows 10
Monitor : Dell S2716DG (2560x1440p 144hz 1ms)

i have done :
-reinstalling driver using DDU
-Try using only 1 gpu
-editting the nvidia control panel. (https://puu.sh/r1Ugr/e733495d8e.png AND https://puu.sh/r1Uil/990343fa00.png) Virtual reality pre rendered frames : 1

please help me since i am desperate....

That's weird, you seem to have a 980 TI Sli. Are you using 4K or 2K perhaps?

Do you have V-Sync turned on in those games or something?

Furmark seems to indicate your GPU is running correctly.

Check Nvidia Control Panel and under Manage 3D settings make sure the performance/power mode isn't set low?

Your Windows power Profile isn't set low either is it?

NCPL : power management mode : Prefer maximum performance
and yes windows power profile is set to high priority/high performance

could it be that the game is using my integrated graphic not my gpu?

Specifically what model of PSU, 1000Ws of garbage power is potentially bad for many reasons.

If you go into NvCP, and under the display properties, where you can see the monitors you have attached, (and where you can set the resolution) is it set for 144hz?

Uhhh....
Did you.... connect your monitor cable to the motherboard (vertical), or the GPU?(horizontal) That would be the only way anything could be usings your integrated graphics. (And Furmark may be capable of running on the GPU even if it isn't sending the signal out)

the monitor cable is directly attached to my gpu(the first gpu).
My loads on csgo is also always less than 10% (Checked via gpu-z)
i will try to optimize and tell you how it went

Do you have the NZXT CAM software? (Or other fan controll/overclocking type sofware) installed?

Try uninstalling it/them.

Uhh no, and I wouldn't recommend letting anyone else do that either. There's a lot of fk'd up things people can do to your computer.
