Use the URL tags. Start with the URL tag, an equals sign, and then the URL to the site you want to link and close the open URL tag with a close bracket. Then enter the description you want. Finally add the close URL tag, which is the forward slash and the letters, "URL" enclosed in brackets. As an example:
