Ive found two fans for my PC build and i'm a bit stuck between RPM and Airflow

EKL Ben Nevis Tower Kühler
RPM: 400-1600
Airflow: 95.1 m³/h / 56 CFM
Price: € 22,45

Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2
RPM: 900-2200
Airflow: 77 m³/h / 45 CFM
Price: € 16,93

As for a cpu cooler, you chose a beautiful clean case, it would be a same if you dont accompany it with a watercooler, I would get the cheapest 120m one I could find and mount it at the top front as intake, having bottom front also as intake and back&top as exhaust

high airflow is lots of CFMs, you want high CFM on say a case fan, these are fans designed to move lots of air with minimal obstruction, Fans with lower CFM typically have a higher static pressure, THis is the pressure against the heatsink created by the airflow, this is generally designed for heatsink coolers, and cooling off heatsinks or coolers in general, as the higher the static pressure, the more turbulence and the greater the heat dissipation.

20$ is a bit too much to give for a fan,you could buy 2 with that money

To anwser your question though, it all comes down to where youre planning to install the fan in the case, what other fans you have etc...

Also, what case and cpu cooler do you have?

This is the PC I'm planning on building. So what CPU cooler would you recommend?

So its not built yet...

Generally higher RPM means more static pressure, so I would use high RPM fans as intake in the front of the case. And to reduce noise I would use a low RPM fan but with high airflow as exhaust at the back, though the case includes one already

But its better if you get the computer first and buy fans later depending on your needs and tempetarures
