Hi, Looking to build a pc for 3d modeling, animation and gamming, my budget is 800usd, what is the best choise?

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($198.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty H170 Performance ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($101.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: GeIL EVO POTENZA 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($31.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Hitachi Deskstar 7K2000 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.50 @ Amazon)
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1060 3GB GAMING X 3G Video Card ($229.99 @ B&H)
Case: Zalman Z1 ATX Mid Tower Case ($36.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Power Supply: XFX XT 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($63.98 @ Newegg)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM 64-bit ($92.19 @ Amazon)
Total: $808.62

Spending another 100$ you can get an i7 6700 which gets you Hyperthreading, which effectively means 50% additional performance for CPU-bound 3D modelling and animation tasks. I REALLY recommend this as it will significantly boost export times and such.

The GTX 1060 will perform really well in games and will be a great help in CAD applications that support GPU hardware acceleration.

Solution
Not really. At this point the FX 8-cores are practically on-par with modern i5s. They also put out a lot more heat and don't have access to newer technologies (e.g. DDR4 memory which is the new standard). A Zen CPU might be a good option when they come out, but right now the FX 8 cores are only better options for 3D work compared to an i3, not an i5.
