i noticed that if i buy a new OS (win 10) it will come in DVD format.
i was thinking of not getting a CD/DVD drive so is there anyway i can do this without getting a CD/DVD drive?
ps: i know they are cheap but they are pretty much obsulete right now so if i can do this without one i will pretty happy

Solution

1. You can buy Win 10 directly on a USB instead of DVD.
2. Or, you can create your own USB, here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/[/quotemsg]

will i be able to take the win10 in my laptop to my new build? (i think i still have the key to this win 10 somewhere)

No.
