Upgrading a ATi Radeon Sapphire HD 4670?

Hey there! I wanted to upgrade my old video card, I noticed slow down when working in PS. I was looking at this one, GTX 750Ti:

I mostly use my computer for digital painting in photoshop and some light gaming like LoL.
I'm currently using:

i5 760 2.80GHz
ASUS P7P55D‑E Pro
ATi Radeon Sapphire HD 4670 w/1GB
8gb ram
Antec power supply 500w

Would I be better off saving up to buy a new computer or would that GPU work on my current system?

Better idea to buy an Rx 460. Much better card than the 750 Ti, should cost you about the same.

RX 460 or GTX 950. Similar performance (and way, way, WAY better than an HD 4670). I got this a little over a week ago. Nice for $99.99. Good factory overclock, metal backplate, LED zero RPM fans.
