Hey, this is my current build

Processor: AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 720

RAM: 8.0 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 (build 14393), 64-bit

Psu: Turbolink ATX - XG500W

And this is the gpu i might get

Geforce gtx 960

Also i was wondering if it would run new games. Thanks :)

Solution
Yes any of those graphics cards would work on that motherboard. The RX 470 is probably your best deal right now and will work well with your CPU. It should run with that PSU temporarily but I IMPLORE you to replace it.

That GPU will work in your PC, However the PSU you have is junk, I would suggest highly to replace it if you are going to put a good GPU in there.

The GTX 960 will run new games, however what is your location and how much are you spending on it. Many new cheap options are out that may be faster.

For $200 you have many far better options. The new AMD RX 470 for example is faster and is under $200. You also can get an RX 480 for a little over $200. I would not buy a GTX 960 at that price with those options available.

Your PSU will power it but do you want to spend $200 on a GPU and risk damaging it with a poor quality PSU?
