Help! Graphics card reduced power useage/power consumption

Whilst attempting to overclock my EVGA GTX750TI I must have pushed it too far and it's power useage dropped dramatically from 100% to the low 20%s. Tried testing it on WoW and frame rate has halved.
Help! What have I done? Have I broke something? If so, any clues as to what and how to fix it?
Spec:
I5-4460
8gb RAM
2x 1tb HDD
300W PSU
EVGA GTX750TI 1GB

Checked all that tonight its within the parameters i.e. core clock is showing 1176Mhz and memory clock was showing 1350Mhz. Temp is fine (55C) I rechecked WoWarplanes and the FPS was back up to normal (c110FPS) . The problem appears to have righted itself (fingers crossed!).
Thanks for your help. That's the first AND last time I try and overclock something!
