What gpu should I buy

I'm mostly gonna be playing rust, Arma 3, DayZ, overwatch and games of that variety.

My build:
i7-6700
MSI B150 MOBO
Kingston hyper X 2x4 2133mhz
1TB 7200Rpm Seagate

My price range to spend is 250$ or below, what gpu should I get to at least get 60 fps at all times

I suggest that you stretch the max budget by $10 and get the GTX 1060 listed in my signature. If that's truly not possible then buy a 3 GB version of the card or a RX 480. Personally I would skip a few cups of Starbucks or a single dinner out, and pay the $260.
