That motherboard isn't even compatible with the FX-8350, since it's a different socket (FM2+ vs. AM3+). I'm surprised nobody else pointed that out yet. Additionally, the Cooler Master Elite 120 only has room for 65mm height cpu coolers, so the Be Quiet Shadow Rock in your build (160mm tall) won't fit. You listed it as the Shadow Rock LP, even though your link is for the regular Shadow Rock, but even the Shadow Rock LP is too tall for that case at 75.4mm according to manufacturer specifications.
AFAIK, there aren't any mini-itx AM3+ boards, so if you've already got the FX-8350, you'll probably need to look into getting a micro atx (or atx) board and case instead. If you really want to overclock, you could look for an atx mid tower case with room for a Noctua NH-D15 or a Cryorig R1 Ultimate. If you want the compact size of a mini-itx case, you'll need a different cpu, and I wouldn't advise trying to overclock significantly with it.
