No POST after installing new gpu, took it out, still no post

I just recently got my new RX 470 Strix in the mail and when I installed it, there was no post. So I took the GPU out and hooked into the intergrated graphics, still no POST. I've swapped RAM slots and still no post. The computer was working fine until I installed the card.

Apevia X-Trooper Jr Case
A10-7850k CPU
8GB SUPER TALENT RAM
MSI A58M-E33 Motherboard
ASUS ROG RX 470 STRIX GPU
Insignia 520W PSU

Try clearing the CMOS then install the card , Also that very very poor power supply should be replaced.

The CMOS has been reset, still no post

Is the PC getting any power? Because that PSU is dangerous to run.

The PC Fans are spinning up, Lights coming on, GPU and CPU fans both spin up, cd drive opens and closes, seems to be getting power.

No they were on when I turned the box off to start the installation.

I finally got the PC to post, I just put the GPU back in and it beeped a bit and it booted
