Stable overclock rate for the i7-6700k?

What would be the stable overclock of the i7-6700k if I use this type of cooler? I'm from a place where the average temperature during the daytime is at 34 degrees Celsius.

Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 6 heatpipe with Dual NF-A15 140mm fans.

With that cooler I'd expect 4.6Ghz to if you're lucky 4.8Ghz while keeping the voltages and temps completely safe. But as has been mentioned no two chips are identical. Some are great overclockers and some aren't. You aren't going to see a difference anywhere but benchmarks in 4.4 and 4.6Ghz anyway.

1.4v should not be used long term with Skylake unless you're using a custom loop. You want to keep it at 1.35v on air but most Skylake chips will do 4.6-4.7Ghz with 1.35v so it's not a problem.

The D15 is one of the best coolers on the market. I have a comparable Phanteks TC 14PE and I have to run Prime 95 Small FFTs and Intel Burn Test at the same time to break 70C. 6700K at 4.6Ghz and 1.35v.
