My pc specs are -
Core i3-2100 Sandybridge
Intel DH61WW Motherboard
Corsair 450W psu
Nvidia Gt 730 2gb GDDR5
8gb DDR3 ram (don't know about the company)
Windows 7 64-bit
No cooling system
Segate 1TB HDD
And a stock intel fan

Sorry about not being thorough with my specifications.
It would be kind of anyone who would help.

Solution
in case you missed my amended comment
example, Grand Theft Auto V:

it really depends on the type of games and the settings you want to achieve.
a lot of older games, ~2013 maybe, you should be able to get "playable" performance in.
that GPU was low-tier even when it was released some years ago so i doubt you'll be able to set any games at very good settings...

Damn. That means i would have to upgrade my pc even further.
Can you please suggest some of the good games which will be playable atleast at medium settings?

Your graphic card is too weak. It would be gaming on low to medium settings. You can play FC4 on medium low at 30fps. Try getting the GTX 750 Ti.

It would depend on what games you want to play, but you might be able to just do a graphics card upgrade. Consider a GTX 750 ti or R7 360. It's a cheap upgrade and might be worth-while so you can play newish games.

start with older games. FPS like Half-Life 2, Halo, Bioshock, Rage, Battlefield: Bad Company 2. RPG games like Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Dragon Age: Origins, Dark Souls. see how they perform.
if you're not happy with the frame rate and settings you can get then it's definitely time for a huge upgrade.
