I'm not able to boot into Windows 7, Not into safe mode, not in repairing and it was working fine this morning. It's always stuck at "Starting up" or if I'm trying to boot into repair mode or boot it loads all the drivers and freezes on "Please wait." My theory is that my driver that boots got deleted somehow (if that's even a thing) because many of my drivers were deleted for some reason and had to Reinstall about 20 drivers. Is it possible to download the required boot driver online and have it on a USB or something? I'm in college and already have essays and can't afford to go to a professional unless absolutely necessary. Thanks guys, I appreciate it.

Solution
There is not a "driver that boots", drivers are for controlling hardware on the computer.

It may be a failing hard drive. If you can't even do a repair, you should get a new hard drive and install Windows clean on that. You can use an external USB enclosure to get your files from the original drive if it's still readable that way.
