Hello everyone, Just recently I have run into some trouble with hardware recognition. I am unable to see my SSD listed in Disk Management or even in my BIOS. So I attempted to update my BIOS and am unable to do so because I cannot find a source to receive an update from. The only information I was able to gather is that my my motherboard manufacturer is "Quanta" (nothing under product when running "wmic baseboard get product,Manufacturer, version, serialnumber". Please let me know how I would be able to locate a BIOS update for this obscure hardware, or if there are any other options that I have as to recognizing my SSD. Currently I am running on my HDD which is the only drive that shows in BIOS and device manager. Please Let me know what information I can provide in order to get help with this issue!

I appreciate your help. Seems I will have to get an exchange on this SSD which only seems strange to me considering all the praise the SSDs get for their resilience
