can a bios reset fix a freezing pc?

Solution
You don't have to but all I'm saying is that it may be easier to put together new one than to modify ready made one. If you can do what you said you would, like changing PSU, motherboard and/or GPU, you are good for putting one together yourself.
As for yo being in Israel, I believe you are in better position to get parts than us in Serbia yet many put together their own computers.
Depends on why it was freezing in first place but may be a good start to troubleshooting. You can also try to read in Factory defaults or Enhanced defaults, whatever your BIOS has.
Bringing it to Factory defaults is same as resetting BIOS but without date and time change.

Hi there

Could you kindly post your specs so we can look over them, this could be a software issue or something wrong with one of your components but we don't know yet.

Also have you changed anything on the pc later that is pretty major such as drivers or OS updates?

Cheers

Jeah of course i know this. But i can do 2 thinks.... first i can buy a new powersupply and a motherboard or i buy an adapter. Here is a link. https://de.aliexpress.com/item/20pcs-ATX-24Pin-Female-to-10Pin-Male-Adapter-Convert-Power-Cable-Cord-30cm-for-Lenovo-Server/32689046722.html?spm=2114.010208.3.1.Wj2cgL&ws_ab_test=searchweb201556_0%2Csearchweb201602_4_10057_10065_10056_10055_10054_10069_10059_10058_10017_10070_10060_10061_10052_10062_10053_10050_10051%2Csearchweb201603_4&btsid=e12b625a-9252-483b-b6be-050c2a707f84

But first of all i will buy a graphicscard like the gtx 750 ti or somethink like so. I will use it a time and in this time i will safe money for this adapter and a new good graphicscard.

That is one of the reasons I don't like to buy ready made, brand name computers, always something special about them and you can never be sure normal things will work on them. Putting a computer together from the beginning may be easier then trying to modify brand name one.
