my hard disk active time 100% even after full format

i have 3 hard disk 2 of them get 100% active time if i run something on them the weird thing they both started to get the problem around the same time even my ssd get it sometimes now i have formatted my pc and i still get the problem i'm installing a game and my active time is staying on 100% and the installation is slow are both my hard disk are done for or is there another thing i'm overlooking

Well - you can resolve pending sectors with mhdd and continue using those hdd-s until they hit relocated sectors threshold value. But I'm afraid it's just a matter of time and you'll have to replace them anyway.
If they are still under warranty, you can RMA them.
As about your SSD, check it with Sandisk Dashboard software.
