Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LX
RAM: 8GB Patriot viper

While I was gaming on my pc it crashed. First the screen froze and sound looped switching between my headphones and speakers. A couple of minutes later and my pc restarts with my second mobitir not working and my main one at 800X 600 resolution and unable to access Nvidea control panel bir able to change the res on windows 10. I guessed something was up with the graphics card so I tried reinstalling the drivers and it seemed to work but as soon as I tried to play again it crashed.

From here on couldn't reinstall the graphics drivers and was stuck at 800 60 res with red and green lines running horizontally and vertically on my screen. I tried re seating the card and reinstalling the drivers again but this time on start up windows told me it had detected a problem and restarted with automatic repair leading to me restoring windows to a previous point. I could not see my graphics card on HWmonitor at all and my CPU temp was around 50 degrees Celsius. At this point I was kinda lost what to do so I took to the Web and asked on here but can't find the thread. I noticed the fan on my psu was no longer spinning. Also at this point sometimes my pc would just power up and not do anything.

I decided to try resetting the bios as the startup Asus screen which tells you to press f11/delete to open the bios menu was no longer present. After that my pc will now just continously restart itself every 5 seconds after I turn it on and will continue to do so until I hit the reset button on the motherboard. I had this problem before but fixed it by resetting the bios. Now a screen telling me memory ok press f1to run setup comes up and brings me to the bios menu but can only see half of it due to the 800x600 res. Kinda stuck at this point.

I believe my graphics card is on its way out but maybe my psi is dodgy too.

Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Also I'm looking to upgrade my gpu but not for a while and still need to identify the problem here...

EDIT: Fixed the restarting problem but still back to windows a tomato repair doing nothing and not being able to install drivers. Re-downloaded HWmonitor and still no sign of the GPU. My CPU is at 60-65*C which seems kinda high along with my motherboard being the same

EDIT#2: After another attempt of reinstalling graphics drivers got this error while trying to open Geforce Experience https://gyazo.com/9b7aec19196f75933bac3d7d2cb7c585
