Would like to be as budget efficient as possible but I still want something that will last me for a few years. TBH I don't really even want a graphics card but if there's something cheap I will take it. I need every component.

You should still list what software you plan on using to edit videos and even game you would like to play even if its just light gaming. Some applications support GPU processing so getting an external card could improve editing time and allow you to play some games.

That looks really good actually. Since you aren't using a motherboard with a chipset that supports overclocking, you could save $62 by getting the i7 6700 non-K because the CPU is $37 less, and it comes with its own fan, saving another $25.
