Does a high RPM CPU fan require anything?

I'm looking at the 2000 RPM Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 over my stock fans from my HP H8-1534 Stock pre-built shit PC, can I just slap it on and it will work no problem? Or do I need to upgrade other parts to support the fan like the PSU?

Sorry I'm a newbie

The Cryorig C7 is a good choice if you're worried about CPU cooler height.

Case fans are a different story, the higher the RPM the louder they are, and the smaller they are, the louder they are.

Also a 90mm fan is not a 92mm fan. They won't fit in the same screw holes, so you need to get a 92 mm fan if you want to replace a 92mm fan.

Typically what you want to look for in a good case fan is Airflow and low DBM.
Noctua makes the best fans typically, their color scheme leaves something to be desired, but you get over it when you see the care they put into the products. They're prices are kinda high as well, but are definitely worth it if you want a quality fan that cools well and is quiet...
Are you replace the fan that covers the CPU or a fan somewhere else on the case?

120mm fan may be too large to replace a CPU fan, and is definitely too large to replace a stock CPU cooler fan (which is probably what you have).

might want to measure to the space between to screw holes to determine the actual fan size you need:

How do I measure fan size?

The size of fan you need will generally be determined by the size of the fan fitting position in your PC case. The sizes of all the fans on our website are shown as measured along any one of the fan's four sides, NOT the distance between the fan's screw holes! Our most popular fan size is 120mm, followed by 80mm. This isn't really dictated by customer preference, but more by recent designs of PC cases.

As for the thickness (depth) of the fan, generally 25mm (1 inch) is by far the most common depth, although smaller fans can have shallower depths such as 15mm or even 10mm. All our fans are 25mm thick unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions about which fan you should order, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
If you know the distance between the fan mounting screw holes but don't know what fan size to order, please see the following table. Note that the mounting hole measurements shown below are taken horizontally or vertically between the holes and not diagonally.

Screw hole spacings and fan sizes

32mm between screw holes = 40mm fan size
40mm between screw holes = 50mm fan size
50mm between screw holes = 60mm fan size
60mm between screw holes = 70mm fan size
72mm between screw holes = 80mm fan size
83mm between screw holes = 92mm fan size
105mm between screw holes = 120mm fan size

Yeah, I'm looking to replace both the CPU cooler and the case fan. The current case fan I have right now is the https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Foxconn-PVA092G12H-3-wire-3-Pin/dp/B00IK8KL80 which is 92mm so I probably don't have the room for the Cooler Master. Instead I'm looking at the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835150031&ignorebbr=1 to replace it.

As for the CPU cooler I'm not sure what model it is but it looks like this http://i.imgur.com/FRZ0ld9.jpg . And the fan on it is the exact same fan as my case fan, the Foxconn PVA092G12H, is that normal? Could I replace the CPU Cooler with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065&ignorebbr=1 ?
