Best Graphic card for 1680x1050 gaming ?

I would like to know that which graphic card would be perfect for gaming at 1680x1050 at 60 fps for upcoming game titles like mafia 3,watch dogs 2 ? Tell me other than New nvidia 1000 series (Pascal) and amd rx series !!
Want to get in less price so old series would be better !!

Older cards are reducing in stock, so some are going for more money than the newer stuff. Shopping around is key. there have been some screaming deals on GTX 970s here and there, so keep an eye out for that. Otherwise GTX 960 or R9 380 is probably your entry point.
