Hello everyone, so about a week ago I built my first ever PC(not so hard as everyone makes it out to be) and I have realized that the air is pretty hot.idk I just might be over exaggerating because I spent 1,400$ on it. My case is a Corsair Carbide Spec-01. I only have 1 fan on my case. I am looking to go to bestbuy and get some fans. The only thing is I do not know where the most optimal places to put them would be,and I know there are people that have diff opinions on the way ur fans should be set up.

GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC
CPU:Intel i5-6500
Mobo- Asus z170-a
PSU:EVGA 650w

Solution
you case has space for 5 fans.
priority 1 is getting cool air inside the case, priority 2 is the rear fan.

if you are in a budget you can buy 2 fans for a 3-fan installation (1 fan included with case)
2x front intake
1x rear exhaust

if you want the best possible airflow you can add 2 additional fans at the top as exhaust.

* make sure you motherboard has enough pins for fans or you will need to get fan splitters or a fan hub controller.
