Since your computer has a mobile processor and graphics card, I assume that it's either a laptop or an all-in-one. What is the manufacturer and model number of your computer? Also, what games do you plan on playing?
Also, if we confirm whether it's bad or not, do you have the option of building a gaming desktop? I'm guessing that there is a reason why you're asking this question to begin with.

Looks like a laptop.
Laptops are generally not advised for gaming. You can play many indie titles and earlier Call of Duties. I wouldn't give GTAV, Crysis 3 or modern day Doom a try.
