Can having ran my computer ungrounded have damaged components with floating voltage?

Hello! For the past 3 months I've owned my gaming PC and did not realize just how necessary a ground was. I ran it on a surge protector using a 3-to-2 prong cheater plug to bypass my 2-prong outlet with no ground and thought nothing of it until I felt voltage on one of my integrated gpu vga ports. Now I haven't felt it since then but if I were to touch the PC with my tongue while it's plugged in with the PSU set to on (while the PC itself is not on) I can feel a voltage similar to touching a 9volt battery with your tongue but a little lesser.

I've since unplugged my setup and committed to installing a ground or waiting til I move out to use it again, but is there any possibility of my PC or components being damaged in any way by having this floating voltage on the case? All ran well up to and including the day I decided to unplug everything for the time being. But I'm very paranoid about this kind of stuff and want to know if I should he worried about having lasting damages if there is any from this.

Thank you!
