Have USB 3.0 external power 7 ports HUB. If I plug it in mine USB 3.0 on computer and than Samsung 500 MB USB 3.0 external drive into it ( HUB ) I can't see mine Samsung drive in File Explorer ( Windows 10 ). What to do ? How to configure the whole thing ?

Well, you've put me on thinking, so I took one flash memory ( USB 2 ) and connected it onto this USB 3.0 HUB and it did recognize it. After that I have tried to put Samsung drive also into HUB and guess what ? It all works OK now !!!! I don't know why and did it happen, but I shall leave this USB 2.0 Flash in as well as External Samsung drive USB 3.0 is working well within this configuration.
Your answer was not a solution, just made me think that maybe it wouldn't recognize antything ( maybe HUB is crappy, cord is not OK or something similar ), but after this test everything works just fine. Like it needed some booster :)
