Windows 7 shouldn't have been able to activate now but you should have enough time to do the following if this is your only computer:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/

Use Microsoft's media creation tool to help you create a DVD/USB Windows 10 installation. Make sure when Microsoft gives you the selection which Windows 10 to download that you choose the correct version you upgraded to.

When you do install Windows10 again, skip the areas it asks for a CD key. Win7 serial wont work here. Then once Windows 10(Correct version) is installed it will activate online.

Get the Windows 10 iso (it's free); do a fresh install and it should activate again since you did it before.

edit: download the installation media tool to create a USB or DVD with which to install the iso.
