Gainward 1060 vs Zotac 1060 which one is better?

First off, the memory clocks are the same. There's no such thing as 8GHz RAM. In fact, both use 2GHz RAM, which is 8GT/s.

Zotac has a higher GPU clock speed, which should yield about 3% more performance but you can see this costs more than 3% more so it's actually not worth it. Go with Gainward if it means you get to upgrade something else; Zotac if you have the leftover budget.
