Intel Burn Test failing while @ stock?

Been working a small bit on overclocking today, and decided to run IBT instead of P95. It failed when I attempted at 4.7GHz, so I went down to 4.6. Failed, so I went to 4.5...4.4...and eventually went all the way back down to stock. And it failed again. I loaded defaults in bios before returning, it's still failing. I'm running it on maximum. Bad RAM or should I just not be using IBT?

1| Is the culprit system your'e working off of the one listed in your sig? If so please state the system's specs in your thread's body. Like every sig space, it changes so if and when that does happen the relevance of this thread and the solution provided would end up being irrelevant to the reader.

2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?

3| Does the issue persist when using Prime95? On that note have you tried putting load on it via a game and also trying everyday usage?

4| If you suspect the ram to be the culprit you should run memtest86 for at least 10 passes per stick per slot to rule out the rams or the slots to be faulty or both.

5| You will also have to inspect your CPU's socket area, if you built it to see if there are any bent CPU socket pins.

I just kind of assumed that no one was going to answer this.
1) Yes, it is the one in my sig other than the fact that my CPU is now overclocked to 4.5GHz. Prime 95 runs just fine on it. 1.45V on a custom loop, hitting max 83-85C. Games run just fine. Everyday tasks run just fine. Been overclocked to 4.5 for 2-3 weeks at this point.

Specs
CPU: i7 6700k @ 4.5GHz
Custom loop
RAM: Avexir CORE 2133MHz DDR4 16GB
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z170 Mark 1
GPU: Asus STRIX R7 370 4GB x2
PSU: EVGA P2 750w
Case: InWin 707
NZXT Hue

2) I just flashed to rev... 1902? I think, about 2 weeks ago.
3) See 1)
4) Will do once I'm back on campus with my desktop :p
5) I don't think it's the CPU given that everyday tasks run fine, games run fine, prime95 runs fine, etc., just not IBT. IBT will run if it isn't set to more than 4GB of RAM. I believe it runs it on 8GB as well, but I would need to recheck that just to make sure. It's only ever on max that it crashes.

Err... I'll be honest, I'm not 100% sure on where to get the latest mobo drivers, I figured it was always a one-and-done off of the CD, which I did. CPU temps don't ever go above 60C during use, mobo temps are the same.

Should've clarified a bit--83-85 is while running Prime 26.6 after it reaches equilibrium. Which takes about 30-40 minutes. IBT crashes within 10 minutes of my starting to run it, temps during IBT are only reaching between 60-70.
