This is mostly a shallow question but i make it here in hope of hearing people with deep knowledge help me with this.

Basically the cpu usage is most of the time at 60% - 90% i can't do a simple thing like playing DeSmume (A DS emulator) and watch a video of google because the cpu it's a 99%.

My question basically it's. Should i go back to Win 7 because my CPU it's too old to handle this new windows?

Saying "this guy" is a pretty shitty way of referring to someone...

Most likely there's a driver incompatibility or you accidentally changed settings somewhere. Update your drivers and software and see if that helps. Your CPU is pretty horrible though, so I wouldn't be surprised if default settings are causing issues.

Won't be any better the OS i was using without this problem. Ok.

Did you manage to resolve the issue, I have the same CPU. I'm running windows 7 on a hdd but just tried a windows 10 install on an ssd and I'm getting some high cpu usage too. I still need to play around with it some more and investigate if my windows 7 install is doing it too. I plan to play around with windows 10 with my old hardware until I'm comfortable making the switch from windows 7.
