Hello guys.
Since yesterday, whenever I try to play the game 'fishing planet' or try to edit it's settings, my screen turns into green vertical lines and all my programs shutdown in +-10 seconds. Now today I tried to play another game, and the screen went black while loading, and appeared again slightly darker but with small circles all over it + unusable.

Bios update

I haven't updated my bios since 2013, could this be part of the problem? I don't know where to get the updates for my MS-7797 motherboard.

I had the latest drivers at the time. Yesterday I deleted all my drivers and reinstalled them, this will maybe help.

Getting more nasty now, Juiced 'stopped responding' multiple times, all games experience short freezes, sound disconnecting, and 'black shadows' making things invisible.

Does the CPU have an integrated GPU? Given the era that motherboard is from -- Ivy/Sandy if I'm not mistaken -- you most like have integrated graphics. Remove the GPU and run a few games on integrated and see if the problem goes away, so you can either rule out the GPU or identify it as the problem. It sounds like a failing GPU to me, so it would be good to try to isolate that issue before moving on to other things.
