Hello, recently my TP Link Powerline adaptors have had some issue with connecting to my internet. The network icon on the taskbar has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point and it says unidentified network, limited access.

The problem only occurred recently and i'm unsure as to how to fix it. All my other devices seem to connect to my router fine via wireless but the powerline adaptors give me the error message.

I can connect perfectly fine if I plug the ethernet directly to the router but I would ideally prefer to be able to use my network adapters.

Enclosed is my IP Config Information - Any advice/help on this matter would be of great help thanks:

Solution
Make sure you have a green power light on both adapters. If it red there is a connection problem. You can try unplugging and plugging both in and see if that helps. You can also use special software from tplink that lets you admin them and reset the devices and re do the pairing function.

They are pretty simplistic boxes there is not a lot you can do.

I am not sure when you got the IPconfig output you have in the post. You have a valid ip address from a dhcp server and should be able to ping your router/gateway ip. If you got these while on the powerline devices it should work.....they are really stupid boxes and if they allow dhcp they will allow all traffic.

You've probably either solved this or just gotten rid of your Powerline adapters by now, but I had the same problem, and there wasn't a solution posted here.

I had a pair of TL-PA2010s, which worked for about 3 days out of the box and then suddenly stopped. The newest TP-Link Utility doesn't provide an option to reset the adapters. So I plugged both into the same outlet, and hit the pair button to pair the two. After they were paired, I moved them to different outlets, and they were working fine again.
