Installing new CPU Cooler now computer won't post

I installed corsair h100i v2 into my fractal design define r4 now my computer won't turn on.

CPU i7 4790k
Motherboard MSI Z97 g43
PSU Corsair RM650x
RAM: corsair vengeance LP 16GB.

When in doubt, tear it down and build it back up.
Run off the bare minimum to run the system. Reseat the RAM and power supply connections. Take out the GPU and run integrated graphics. Don't even bother with plugging in the HDD/SSD. Just try and get it to a BIOS screen and then build up from there. If need be, try plugging in the stock cooler and see if the only bad part is the new H100.

Yes I plugged it into CPU_Fan 1 and the opt fan nothing the PC now powers GPU turns on (Gtx 970) but stuff like the case fans are not spinning also no led indication on my power button. And to power it off I've to manual turn it off at the back of The PC.

UPDATE now it doesn't turn on again
