Bricked it via updating through m-flash,, silly me, tried reseting cmos through removal of battery, shorting the jumper, nothing works and no dual bios so its G. (No POST)

So my options are either:
MSI S1150 MicroATX H97M-G43 Motherboard
or
Gigabyte H97M-D3H H97,LGA1150,2DDR3-1600,RAID,PCIE3.0,SATA6Gb,REALTEK 8111F-VL GbE,USB3.0,HDMI,DVI-D

what you guys think?

Dual bios is nice. I was looking at the ability to OC the memory, the addition of a Display Port on the motherboard (don't know if you're using the integrated graphics or not), the inclusion of an M.2 port and it being entirely PCIe.
If you're handy with a sodering iron you could just pick up a new BIOS chip for less than $20. Otherwise, unless you need the legacy PCI slots of the Gigabyte, the MSI looks like a better option. While I prefer Gigabytes QC over MSI, the MSI has a better feature set.
